bChairFitTM classes are more than a time to “workout”. These classes are built to regroup, refresh and revitalize everything that really maters in life, our mind, body, and soul. The 5 “events” of every class encourage and builds wellness at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Feeling good momentarily from a physical workout is always good. But bChairFitTMclasses are designed to develop a lasting sense of wellness, investing in our brain’s ability to heal, increase physical strength with spiritual excitement to live out every day to the fullest. Every person should feel respected and loved with a great sense of freedom despite any limitation faced as we age. This takes intentional practice backed with FUN, geared specifically towards the needs of each community, group, facility, or individual. The class is consistent but always arranged to fit the Audience as a whole.

The best part of bChairFitTM is attendance. Attendance without even any movement can greatly affect the central nervous system as well as increase the very effective prescription of Gratitude that is offered during each class. Daily doses of Gratitude have been scientifically proven to help people thrive and survive through incredible circumstances.

bChairFitTM can be done by anyone at any age at every level of fitness or life stage. The classes are unique as they increase not only physical fitness but hope, peace, purpose, joy, fulfillment and motivation for more. It also adds a sense of courage, less care of judgment from others and kicks emotional barriers to conventional exercise to the curb.

Every single class is different, but this will give you just a taste of a boxing sequence we would share together.
