Overview
The Body part of class is what most people in the west think of physical fitness. Strength training and building muscle mass. As we age, our bodies are good at muscle atrophy. But, with strength training at any level, it also is a master at building it at Any Age!
This is also such a fun part of class where we use props such as light hand-held weights, bands, playground balls, pool noodles to paper plates to strengthen our bodies and have fun. We also laugh too. That’s also very good for everyone’s faces and wellness.
