What is bChairFitTM?

The bChairFitTM Movement was founded in 2015. It began as a physical fun fitness class for Seniors in Houston, Texas at senior living destinations.  Shut down in 2020, the classes were moved online and bChairFitTM Digital emerged via Zoom.

Fitness classes are designed around the needs for each facility and group but always incorporate the 5 b-Fundamentals of what bChairFitTM is all about, Feeling Good!, because bChairFitTM is fun and it works! People who leave class feel energized, content, hopeful, stronger, calm and accomplished.

bChairFitTM is intended for Senior Living Communities contracted for group fitness via zoom or in person (workshops) at each facility. One to one for personal home-use sessions may also be booked and scheduled.

Every single class is different, but this will give you just a taste of a boxing sequence we would share together.
