Where is bChairFitTM

bChairFitTM was originally geared towards Groups or Classes at Senior Living Facilities to offer residents something completely different and fun that inspires community, live and in person. The year 2020 changed everything. The loss of personal interaction and community was devastating as isolation grew. Truly this will be a generation that will understand how important social contact and connection is to human being wellness. I have never taken for granted, TODAY, holding a hand that I love. Or, just sitting next to or near someone that needs to know they are loved by presence. We are not made for isolation. So WHERE IS bChairFitTM ?

Digital & Direct

  • Streamed LIVE on a TV Screen at Your Senior Living Community:  If your wellness director offers classes, all classes are LIVE via zoom, digitally at the agreed upon class. Just as a resident would attend an “IRL” class (lol, all these new acronyms for things – in real life), a resident would attend bChairFitTM. The director or leader would join the zoom meeting and stream it on a larger screen. The group is taught seeing and hearing from the instructor on screen.

  • Streamed LIVE for Community Residents on Individual Devices: Some communities offer classes that hold space and time for the residents to log into zoom themselves from a personal device. The same zoom room is used, but each attends individually from their community apartment or home. We share the same community on zoom because we are able to see each other and communicate if the resident chooses to turn on video, which is always recommended. The Resident Community would be the purchaser on behalf of the resident.

  • In Real Life: If you are in the Chicago or Houston area, weekly classes may be arranged and scheduled.

  • Streamed LIVE for Individual Use or Home Care with Helper:  Family Members, Care Providers or Helpers can arrange classes set up directly within their own home if they are not part of any Senior Community. Pricing upon request.

  • Streamed LIVE for Anyone from Home at any age or fitness level: Please contact us to request personal one on one instruction for general Home Use, pricing and availability. Not just seniors use bChairFitTM but rehabbers, chair fitness enthusiasts and those who are looking for something Total Mind, Body, and Spirit they won’t find anywhere else.
